Exploring impact of AI anchors Empire Partner Foundation Tech Week

As the world is enveloped in an Artificial Intelligence (AI) tsunami, Africa is making its mark through a variety of projects.
The Empire Partner Foundation (EPF) has lauched Tech Week, a technology-focused event, two weeks before the third annual tech non-profit organization's awards ceremony.
The EPF Tech Week officially began on Monday, taking young people from all around South Africa on an immersive trip into the world of AI and how it is changing the way people work, study, and grow.
The week-long session will train young people on how our AI-powered solutions can simplify work, solve problems, and open up new opportunities for businesses.
The invitation for a week of creativity, learning, and learning remains open to like-minded young people.
The week-long event comes after Joanna Govender, CEO of the EPF and EPF Tech Fund, won the Most Impactful Initiative title at the Women in Tech Africa Awards last month in Johannesburg, South Africa, advancing the organisation to the global finals in Paris in November.
According to the announcement, "The award recognises EPF as the leading organisation for measurable impact on the African continent, celebrating its success in using technology to tackle social challenges, create jobs and support entrepreneurs across Africa."
EPF, a South African non-profit organisation, works to empower youngsters and grow enterprises in underserved communities.
Its reach spans from townships and rural schools to colleges, non-governmental organisations, and government programs at all levels where opportunities are rare.
“The system measures the number of jobs created, enterprises supported, and communities uplifted, giving partners and funders a transparent view of where resources go and what outcomes they produce,” said EPF
