Britehouse returns to SA after NTT DATA management buyout

Britehouse has returned to local ownership in a rare shift within South Africa’s tech sector after a management buyout from its global parent, NTT DATA.
As a standalone business now, Britehouse emphasizes increased agility and a focus on developing in-house digital solutions for local and global challenges.
It stated that the relationship with NTT DATA had a significant impact on Britehouse Mobility's growth and global reach.
This strategic change signifies a renewed dedication to innovation, agility, and providing specialised digital solutions with more independence, according to the company.
Following the transaction, Britehouse Mobility will now operate as a completely independent company under the new name Britehouse, ushering in a new chapter in its 16-year history of delivering innovative solutions and AI integration to organizations in various industries.
Graham Parker, executive chairman at Britehouse, expressed delight about Britehouse's return to its roots as an independent, South African-led business after several successful years as part of the global NTT DATA group.
Parker believes that business success hinges on agility, intelligence, and innovation ad as an independent entity, Britehouse can now better respond to customer needs with enhanced agility and responsiveness.
